    Yes. We are licensed by the Los Angeles County Public Health Department, Food and Milk Program.

  2. How is the Giant and baby Giant Fortune Cookie Made?
    Each cookie is made by hand and then dipped by hand.

  3. What is the shelf life of the cookie?
    As long as the cookies are individually wrapped or in our gift bags the cookies will last two months.

  4. Can the cookies be refrigerated or frozen?
    Yes, for up to two months as long as they are individually wrapped.

  5. What kind of generic messages do we use in our traditional fortune cookies?
    We use only positive, uplifting messages with lucky numbers.

  6. How many spaces do I have for my custom traditional fortune cookie message?
    You have sixty to seventy spaces for your message.

  7. How long will it take to get my custom traditional fortune cookies?
    From the time you order it will take two to three weeks including shipping. All other products ship immediately including the giant and baby giant fortune cookies.

  8. How long before the holidays should I order my cookies?
    Please try to order three to four weeks ahead of time to guarantee delivery.

  9. What about ordering chocolate dipped cookies during the warm months?
    We strongly recommend that you order the cookies individually wrapped and use FedEx 2 Day shipping if outside of California.

  10. How much does it cost for shipping?

  11. How long will FedEx Ground and FedEx 2 day express take?
    Ground shipping will take 1-5 business days depending on where you live. If you live in California it will take 1-2 business days. If you live on the east coast it will take 5 business days. FedEx 2 day express takes 2 business days no delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

  12. What if I want to ship my order outside of the available options?
    Hawaii, Alaska and other countries have different shipping costs. So in order to place an order and have it shipped to one of these locations will require you to call in the order to (818) 503-9400.

  13. Can I have my order ship to a P.O.Box?
    Unfortunately our shipping company cannot make deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
